Our Brazilian coffee comes from the region of Cerrado, southwestern Minas Gerais. Our coffee is grown at an altitude of 900-1250 meters above sea level.

    The coffee beans are pulled out of their coffee cherry, they are washed and then sundried for 1-3 days.
