Our story
Our family roasting house, You Need Coffee, was founded in 2011 in Jerusalem.
Our deep love for coffee culture comes from its almost magical ability to bring people together. This inspiration stems from our grandparents, Gedaliah and Rachel—founders of the Ein Hod artists' village—who infused their passion for life into their work in painting and sculpture. Their art is proudly featured on our coffee bags.
Just as every piece of art tells a story, so does every cup of coffee. It is our mission to share with you the rich and diverse natural flavors that make coffee an experience to savor!
